The little extra: the Berlingot factories in the village hold demonstrations every day. Ideal for learning about the history of berlingots and watching them being made.

There are plenty of cheese stands in Cauterets. And it’s always the little souvenir that makes you happy.

And there’s no shortage of sausage lovers either.
Our preference is for the saucissette. This fine dry sausage is perfect for a picnic, a snack or an aperitif.

To keep with the local theme, blueberry jam is easy to pack.
Here in Cauterets, they are home-made in a copper cauldron.
