Here in Cauterets, skiing is all about fun! Whether you’re young or old, a beginner or an experienced skier, there’s everything you need to have a great time on the slopes. Games, discoveries, unusual breaks and challenges! With the fun zones, the slopes of Cauterets become a huge adventure playground.

Learning while having fun

The ski school snow gardens are specially designed to help the little ones learn. Safe areas, conveyor belts, colourful figurines, mascots… everything is designed to help children discover the joys of skiing in a fun and appropriate environment.

On the Yeti slope, children make progress while having fun: small characters and furniture line the descent to learn the right skiing techniques while having fun.

Sensations guaranteed for all levels

Fans of freestyle and thrills will be delighted at the Cauterets snowpark, an area equipped with progressive modules adapted to all levels – from first jumps to more technical tricks.

The famous Yeti Line, a boardercross accessible all season long, invites skiers to challenge their friends on a course punctuated by banked turns, woops and bumps: fun guaranteed!

Relax and immortalise the moment

Between two descents, there’s nothing like a break in the hammock area, facing the mountains, to enjoy the panorama and recharge your batteries in complete tranquillity.

And to keep a souvenir of your day, there are several photo spots waiting for you:

  • the giant heart at the foot of the piste, for a Très Cauterets souvenir photo.
  • the panoramic photo spot at the top of Les Crêtes, where you can pick up your photo free of charge at the terminal at the top of the chairlift.

5 fun zones on the Gentiane blue run

All along the Gentiane blue run, five fun zones punctuate the descent: arches to cross, little characters to check out, xylophones to hit with the sticks, rhythmic turns… an original and joyful way to slide on the snow.
