advice and safety instructions

Adapt your level : Choose your route according to your level and progress at your own pace. The coloured panels classify the trails according to difficulty, depending on the technical nature of the terrain, the gradient and the size of the modules.

Equipment and protection: Helmets are compulsory. Other types of protection are strongly recommended, such as chest protectors or leggings, which can be found in hire shops. Before each module, make sure that it is at your level and that the landing area is clear.

Environment : As in winter, please respect the environment and stay on the slopes. Refuse bins are available on the terrace. The Cirque du Lys is a pastoral area, so please keep your distance from the animals and respect them.

In the event of an accident: Find the number and colour of the nearest road sign and call 112.
