It offers a breathtaking view of the domain from the dining room or from the terrace. The atmosphere is warm and cosy.

The restaurant is labeled Hapy Saveur: the products are from local producers, organic, fresh and here, everything is homemade.
The restaurant is also committed to an environmental approach, eliminating 90% of non-recyclable waste
This season marks the end of all plastic packaging and containers, and 100% of organic waste is composted. The compost obtained will then be used for the shared gardens of Cauterets.
